DMCA Policy
Effective Date: April 9, 2025
1. Termination of User Account
-
Repeat Infringers. We will terminate a user's access to the service if, under appropriate circumstances, the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.
-
Violation of Terms of Service. We reserve the right to decide whether material or activity violates our Terms of Service for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as child pornography, obscenity, or other prohibited content. We may remove such material or terminate a user’s account at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
2. Removal of Material for Which Copyright Infringement Is Claimed
We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We respond to allegations of copyright violations under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
- Under the DMCA, a copyright owner may provide notice to an online service provider about alleged infringement. When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will remove (or disable access to) the infringing material.
- Once content is removed under the DMCA, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner of the removed content so they have the opportunity to file a Counternotification. If a valid Counternotification is filed, we will typically restore the content, unless the party who filed the original DMCA notice informs us that a legal action has been filed seeking to restrain the user from further infringing activities.
- Please note that our Privacy Policy does not protect information contained in any DMCA Counternotification.
3. To File a DMCA Notification
If you are a copyright owner (or an agent of a copyright owner) and believe that any content on our Platform infringes on your copyrights, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. § 512 for more detail):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; or, if multiple copyrighted works on a single online site are covered by one notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (the best method is to provide the exact URLs).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- To aid in our process, please also include information sufficient for us to notify the user(s) who posted the content that allegedly infringes.

Misrepresentation Warning: Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing (or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake) may be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by us or any affected party, as the result of removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing or in replacing the removed material or enabling access to it.
4. To File a DMCA Counternotification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or because you have authorization (from the copyright owner or the law) to post and use the material, you may file a DMCA Counternotification with our Designated Agent containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before removal or disabling;
